I flew into Lowell 24C after hours on July 10, and when I departed I had difficulty getting the runway lights to activate. Luckily I still had some daylight to see for my takeoff. It is not in ForeFlight or anywhere else I looked but after some investigation, determined that it is five (5) slow, deliberate clicks on the CTAF to activate the runway lights. I am leaving it here in the comments in case anyone else is wondering and will be flying in and out of Lowell in the dark.

Good small airport! Perfect for taildraggers with two perpendicular grass strips meaning there is never too much crosswind. 5 minute drive into Lowell means simple access for a lunch break on a refueling stop.

Surprised there are not comments for this airport. Short runway... lots of wild life... deer running across the runway during taxi and some large birds also in the field. When we landed I said "so that's what it's like to land on a sidewalk!" lol fun experience!
