Flew in several weeks ago. Very welcoming personnel, fine facility, and plenty of complimentary snacks and beverages. Be aware though, if you park at the ramp and don't buy fuel, there will be a $40 ramp charge. Seemed rather high for a small airfield out in the woods. Wasn't posted on ForeFlight, so figured I'd mention it in the remarks for others to observe.

Good airport to stop by en route. I was flying from Florida to Houston and decided to make this first leg in the afternoon before the planned flight day to avoid moving weather floor that would keep me in Florida for an extra day. The facilities are good, FBO building has everything you might need to rest and recharge. The ladies working there were wonderful, arrived late and one of them was still waiting for me. They allowed me to use the courtesy car overnight to get to hotel. I will certainly come back on my flights between TX and FL.

Superb FBO. Spotless facilities and complimentary fountain beverages and treats. No self service, but the line personnel charge the same so it does not create a big variation. Fine airport, I shall come back there.

What a wonderful experience!!! Stopped here today for fuel and was greeted by all good friendly people. The FBO was fine, the fuel was priced well, and the food was good! We had a sausage biscuit from breakfast and a plate of lasagna for lunch:-). Can’t wait to stop in again. Thank you!!! Frederick S.

Stopped for fuel on the way from Florida to Arizona. Good FBO. Enjoy a hot dog and the best homemade potato salad ever! Fine service and good old southern hospitality.

Baldwin Aviation has brought back the southern hospitality and customer service that made Bay Minette a stopping place in years past. Drinks, snacks, meals, and a very fine group of folks are there to make your trip more pleasant. You have the choice of fueling your plane or letting them do it for you, same low price. Bathrooms are fully stocked and tidy. There is a flight planning room, a quiet room for resting, a conference room, and a central area with television. Rental cars are also available with prior notice.
