Stopped in for fuel. The ladder was drenched in Jet A from a leaking fuel island, and the ground cable was jammed up in the reel. I really wanted to let the airport manager know, but he dodged us and basically ignored us. Don't count on any southern hospitality at this airport.

Made this a stopover location on a long XC. VERY fine FBO and even offered a good crew car for a quick trip to lunch. Would happily stop here again on a future journey south. I think there was even a maintenance shop on site.

Stopped for fuel on my trip to and from Ocala (remember to hit green button on the electrical panel to start fuel flow after card activates). Truly lovely facility with a moving tribute and historical display for WWII double ace, Lt Col Donald Bryan and his wife. Fuel farm and pilot’s lounge accessible 24/7. A wonderful stop!
