The runway is in superb shape. Both ends are trimmed like a golf course too. Flew in for supper at the Redwood Steakhouse, parked on the west end and walked to the path leading to GC road. Crossed the RR tracks and walked a couple hundred yards to restaurant. Food is fantastic and well worth the visit. Departed well after dark with runway lights on and effective. Have done many breakfast flts but 1st dinner

Good airport! Grass is nicely kept. We went on a Saturday but the Weathervane closed at 11 am.

Grass Strip still in fine shape. There are hard anchor points in front of Blue Hangar, but spread far apart. Make sure you have longer tie-downs. Weathervane cafe is a good stop for food and COFFEE. There's a frozen dessert shop I plan to hit next time. All within walking distance!!
