Flew in and out of W17 today in a C152. The runway does have small bumps where tar has been utilized to fill cracks, but otherwise, I’d say the runway is in quite fine shape. There is a distinct downslope to the south. I landed and departed to the North on Rwy 1 and was off the ground before getting to the section with increased upslope.
