When filing EAPIS- you must use prefix "K" in front of the S28 identifier. The system will not recognize S28 unless you do so on the EAPIS website.

jeffersjustin Stopped to clear customs on the way to AirVenture 2023 on the way down and also on the way back. We had phoned Customs ahead of time going in both directions, and that was quite helpful. On the way back, we made sure we had time to stop and walk through the gardens - well worth it, and highly recommended! Note that there is not a lot of room for plane parking on the Canadian side. More than three planes, and it would start to get pretty crowded.

Runway is quite uneven, but it’s worth a stop to check out the Peace Gardens across the street. It’s a simple walk. You will need your passport on the way back to the airport.
