Steady student traffic here which probably bothers the residents a bit. There is a noise abatement procedure that's requested but it's not clearly advertised. In general I attempted to reduce overflying neighborhoods. Departing NW, that is achievable and is the calm wind runway (32). Departing SE not so much.

Note that the courtesy car which their website says is available is not in working order and has not been for at least 5 to 6 weeks. The airport manager admitted that the website is very out of date.

Good airport, self service 100LL worked fine for us. If you wish to check out the town or Jerome nearby, we utilized Knight Rider taxi on a Saturday when there's no courtesy car available.
