June 2, 2026On May 2, 2026, I had to make an emergency trip to Cartersville because of a medical situation involving my daughter. The FBO could not have been more helpful. One of their employees drove my wife and me to my daughter's car, stayed with us while we retrieved it, then got my wife onto the interstate and brought me back to the airport so I could fly home. Everyone was genuinely concerned, and their compassion really showed. I can't say enough good things about the people at Phoenix Air.

April 26, 2021Fine small airport northwest of Atlanta with a good FBO. Watch for cars and golf carts on the ramp as there are several. The taxi in was simple, the taxi out was difficult.
