October 29, 2024The whole thing seems to be made of large concrete tiles. There is quite a bit of grass and weeds growing up from between these tiles on the taxiways. The runway is in better condition but still a bit overgrown. Quaint little airport...with some interesting history...in a very secluded place. Worth a look!

July 22, 2024Runway condition has worsened a little. Really neat airport to check out, abandoned NOAA facilities and blimp tie down spots. Superb history and very private. Stamp is still in lockbox by porta potty.

October 13, 2023Cool but creepy airport, this location gives you some really strange feelings, seems almost deserted, watch for elk on runways and taxiways.
