Airport manager is a good fellow. We flew in for the weekend to discover they do not have tie downs. He assisted us locate a hangar and also offered his personal car for transportation!! Thank you again for your hospitality!

Wow! I am really dissatisfied with this airport. I called ahead and asked the airport manager if the fuel price listed on Foreflight was correct. It was not. The manager said he would have to figure out how to get that changed, but the correct price was fine enough for me to make it my fuel stop. When I got there I found the hose was barely able to reach. Then I could not get the Jet A to dispense. A kind local man tried to help get to pump motor to run to no avail. I found out that the manager knew the Jet A motor was bad and ordered a new one, but had not installed it. That would have been good information to have when I was planning the fuel stop. This cost me a few hours and forced me to fly to the next airport where I had to call the FBO out after hours. The thing that really makes me mad is that I flew the airplane below my personal minimum fuel level. While I did meet FAA requirements, I have minimums for a reason & do not like being put in a spot where bending my rules was about my on
