August 29, 2024SFO Signature is priced at the high end, but a fine modern facility w a comfortable crew lounge and quiet rooms. Borrowed crew car to go to Jack's for lunch (Thanks!). Northbound flights get your legal pad out for taxi instructions: C Z Q B Q1 A F1 B H A A1 to Rwy 1R, hold short Rwy 10L Departure. Thankfully the controller had a pleasant voice and cadence because we had to talk to her a lot!

April 19, 2024Signature SFO is an illustration of a business that requires a competitive setting, but sadly that is not the situation. And it is apparent. Terrible client support on 20MAR24. How complex is it to provide the costly catering which includes a 15% up charge just to possess the right to keep it in their chiller? We waited 30 + minutes for a bag of ice and our food order..Good thing we fueled the day prior. Go somewhere else if possible. Do whatever is necessary to persuade your pax not to utilize SFO.
