Felts Field (KSFF)

Aero Center has walked away from decent business practices and now seems focused on gouging pilots coming into Felts Field. Don’t expect close-in parking, even with their ramp sitting empty. You’ll likely be sent out to the farther tie-down area instead. Then there are all the extra charges: “Handling fee,” “Facility fee,” “Processing fee”…plus what may be the highest fuel prices anywhere in Washington State. They’ll tack on these fees even if you receive no handling and make no use of the facility beyond paying their already costly tie-down charge.

Arrived in a Cessna 150 on April 18, 2026. We took the courtesy car into town for lunch at the Longhorn barbecue, and the food was excellent. We didn't need to buy any fuel for the airplane. The FBO added a $23 facility fee. I normally give FBOs a $20 tip for using their courtesy cars, so I suppose the total cost ends up being about the same.

DO NOT STOP HERE FOR FUEL!!!!! Price on ForeFlight is Pre-tax. The FBO refuses to lower cost or reflect gas prices correctly. All locals get their fuel at COE (1.50 -2.00 less on average) or literally anywhere else!
