June 25, 2026The airport and restaurant are nice, but be warned-we came by on a Sunday around 11am and wound up waiting an hour and a half.

June 4, 20266/6/26 1500 SR22T. Used rwy 21 due to wind. Staff were extremely friendly. Restaurant is delicious, amazing food and tasty n/a cocktails if you're still flying. Pick up your $5 landing cert. Respect the winds. 4 accidents in 7 days. Lots of missing rwy distance markers knocked out by planes. Another Cirrus was sitting on the ramp with a smashed leading edge. Otherwise absolutely beautiful, highly recommend.

May 31, 2026Use caution around tourist pilots that haven't looked over the local procedures. If the winds are within limits for landing here, runway 3 is used because of the fairly steep uphill slope. Departures are runway 21, so solid communication matters a lot. Add pilots disregarding the runway flow, and there's real potential for trouble. And it isn't only tourists: touch and gos are prohibited, yet a local was flying the pattern on my last arrival, and using the wrong runway too. Be careful.
