April 7, 2024Marina AWOS has been reporting no 100LL fuel for the past month. I suggest if you are planning on fueling there dial the phone number for AWOs for current status

May 25, 2022Tues 26 Apr 2022. Airport is calm. Sufficient runway area and fine pavement. Lots of room for parking too. Terminal building seems to be undergoing building work at this time, but the pilot lounge is accessible. The entry faces the fuel island. Lounge has a keurig machine with a selection of pods, in addition to creamers, tea, hot chocolate packets and sweeteners. A microwave, a refrigerator, some couches and a TV are also supplied.

May 18, 2022Landed at OAR for fuel and ended with a flat tire. Loren at Joby, couple other guys from Joby, as well as Mark from Catalina air were amazing. Took the time, before heading home, to change the tire. All they wanted was to pay it forward! I would have been stranded until the next day without their help. Truly awesome people!
