July 6, 2026The Voyager Restaurant at the field is open Monday-Saturday (7a-2:30p, and until 2p on Saturdays). No landing or handling fees. Small, pleasant Admin office with a clean pilot lounge and restrooms. Vending machines take cash only. Tower was closed Sunday at 1p when we flew in.

May 28, 2026This is a VFR airport, just in and out. After PMD, stay VFR to avoid R-2515. We went PMD-GLAZY-PAULN (.7 mile final for RWY 30). On the way out, VFR following JERID 5 off RWY 30 up to 16500, and JOSHUA doesn’t give ATC clearance, that only comes from LA Center.

February 18, 2026There’s only room for 6 transient parking spots, and they already have tiedown ropes or chains on them. You’ll want to bring your own tiedown ropes.
