Alright, what's Los Banos? It's an airport that was the nearest to Harris ranch while going north that had fuel. The runway? Ha, it's resurfaced but wavy. Yeah, it's sealed but they were drunk redoing it or found some cheap labor to do it because it ain't level and smooth. But, fuel station worked (follow instructions) and I was in and out of that location. It's simple a fuel stop and that's all when Harris pumps were down. Get in and get out!!! I was in an RV so the bumps tested my wheelie skills.

Overall KLSN is just really disappointing. Stopped for inexpensive fuel, and it took about 4 tries before the pump started working. No restroom or pilot lounge. Hangar next to the fuel pump smells like a zoo. Extremely unpredictable winds in the afternoon and hot all the time. AWOS does work but that's about all it has going for it.

I disagree with the AF/D on the condition of the pavement. It is all serviceable, especially the runway and taxiway. The area immediately in front of the fuel island has spalling and cracks but that is really it. Fine inexpensive fuel being sold here: $5.
