June 28, 2026Just got back from bringing a 93 year old pilot with mobility challenges to JEF for lunch at the wonderful Landing Zone restaurant. The FBO staff were incredibly helpful and went well beyond any reasonable idea of excellent customer service. Mark and Nick were especially helpful, and warmly invited us to do even more when we come back. Friendly service is the standard here...but the heartfelt help we received today was truly something special.
