December 3, 2025Controllers are always friendly and accommodating to me in my bugsmasher. No landing fees, simple to get in and out, and Yingling is a fantastic fbo whether it's a few night stay or a quick turn for fuel.

June 7, 2022Flew from this airport for 4 days in sequence doing instruction with my new T206H and the Cessna their awesome CFII. The standard of the instruction was superb and it was helped by the reality that the controllers at this airport are the finest I have encountered. This airport is a busy class Charlie with passenger jets, private jets, corporate jets, flight instruction and a broad array of military training. I even saw a stealth bomber in the sky. They appeared to be right on top of getting things done well and securely. They sounded professional and also displayed a fine understanding of what we needed to get our jobs done as aviators. This Wichita flying community is very motivating.
