May 14, 2026Fantastic little airport! Probably the best grass strip across three states. The maintenance shop is excellent, with mechanics who genuinely know tube and fabric work as well as engines. That being said, they have the HIGHEST fuel prices within a 300 mile radius.

July 6, 2025Manager Ivan veneer did a good job for 27 of us arriving from Colorado in 13 planes for a weekend getaway in June 2025. Super fine guy who did everything we asked and beyond. Lots to see and do -- food is good and people very welcoming. Wind Cave is a recommended side visit. We stayed at the Springs Lodge, which is right downtown and walking distance to many venues. Beautiful setting in a valley surrounded by Forested Hills with right rock outcroppings. A real discovery!
