I've visited around 150 small-town airports this year, and Harlan is easily one of the best-probably #1. Scott has consistently picked up the phone and been super helpful. Snacks and drinks are priced very reasonably, the fuel is always working, and there's a courtesy car available. Free cold water on those hot days too. 10/10 stop.

What a marvelous airport. It is spotless and well maintained. Wish every community airport was run like this one. Self serve fuel is simple. The region around Harlan should be very proud of this facility together with the personnel who look after it.
