November 21, 2025Our Gulfstream was on the ramp in Hibbing for 6 days. The arrival was simple and flawless. When we arrived at the airport to leave, Terry escorted us with our rental car to the plane. Terry managed everything that we needed for our departure. He took care of the rental car, ice, coffee etc. He could not have been more helpful. He assisted with our passengers bags, departure information and I felt that he was almost part of our crew! Thank you Jackie and Terry for a good visit.

October 19, 2025I flew in on a Gulfstream 550 and parked the jet for a week at the Hibbing Fueling Facility FBO. The coordination with Jackie who works at the FBO ahead of our arrival was superb! She provided me with details about the surrounding area, car rentals, hotels and of course the airport. The facility looks brand new. It's welcoming, tidy and beautiful. The free popcorn was tasty. Upon arrival, we were directed to parking and Jackie fueled us. She is wonderful!

September 17, 2025I've only had good times here. Everyone at the FBO is lovely and the place is comfy and clean. A must stop in the area!
