I stopped by today on a work trip. Luckily, the comments I read before heading out helped with fuel planning and deciding what to do. Runway 13/31 is long and wide, and even though it was a little bumpy, in my opinion it does not match the description of being in desperate need of repair or, let's say, as bad as I was expecting. That said, if you need fuel, I agree it's not the best spot to stop. Bathroom? Don't stop. I couldn't get into the FBO, but I never called either. If you want to go to Grenada, make the flight. Don't drive.

Emergency or weather divert only. Very fine fuel man, but ramp and runways are rough.

Stopped in August 2, 2025 for fuel on cross country flight. Airport unattended and when called the number on the door was told the fuel truck was down and no fuel was available. A gentleman there with his own hangar and fuel gave me sufficient fuel to get to an attended airport. Runways and facilities almost look deserted. AVOID if feasible.
