April 21, 2023Our two planes choose to meet here while doing our legs of a Pilots N Paws pet transfer mission for our young beagle “ Radar”. The hospitality Craig H showed us was good. He came out welcomed us and helped us fuel our planes. He even took pictures of us for us to send on to our fellow Pilot N Paws pilots. KGDV personal, your new terminal is fine, and your Lockheed P-2 Neptune on display is a wondeful touch. By the way Radar slept all the way to 3H4 and then flew on to Minneapolis for an overnight stay, before heading on to New Jersey. backstageaviation

September 7, 2022Stopped here to refuel on a journey from Spokane to Chicago and had a superb experience. Cliff, the airport manager, showed us fine hospitality by offering the crew car and good food/lodging suggestions. The FBO and terminal facilities were quite pleasant. As an extra, we also got to take a look inside the impressive Lockheed P-2 Neptune that’s displayed on the ramp. It was truly a marvelous surprise on a long cross-country trip.
