Fine and tidy, good amenities, crew car, but absolutely no customer service. I have never been marshaled to parking, nor have I even been welcomed as I walked thru the main entrance, which as you know as a pilot is unusual. And there is personnel sitting at the front desk, who plainly see you walk thru the door and past them.

Another fine stop overnight at FET. Jack was very helpful and accommodating. He was prompt with fuel upon landing and got me right into a hanger for the evening to avoid any of the pop up thunderstorms. We shall return.

I’ll echo the prior remarks about the tidiness of the FBO. Had a brake leak issue which the line mechanic fixed as well as he could. Allowed me to get back to KCBF. I will plan on trying out some food next visit.
