January 26, 2026I've stopped by 3 times over the past 2 years. The person who answers the phone (I always call ahead) has always been friendly. Any staff I've dealt with have been pleasant and helpful too.

November 29, 2023Not a welcoming spot to stop. The receptionist was quite impolite and seemed bothered that we were present. Fuel cost is extremely elevated for self service. It seems like TAS basically "controls" the entire ramp. They had planes in maintenance parked everywhere, even obstructing the fuel pump. Attempted to converse with some of the staff and say hello, everyone disregarded us as if we had the sickness. Avoid arriving here if possible.
