We were in Fairhope recently, and the FBO crew was among the most friendly and efficient we've run into all year. We asked for a ladder so we could check the oil in the Epic, and a lineman was at the airplane just minutes after we parked, ladder with him. The ramp has plenty of room for a Global. The facility is first-rate, and Hangar Roaster's Coffee is incredible. The FBO even sent me home with a bag of what may be the best Decaf I've ever had! Bravo Team Flightline First!

It's been a while since I'visited such a welcoming FBO. Flightline First Fairhope lineman met us as we taxied o to the ramp. The fuel truck arrived as soon as we were out of the plane. We were assisted with a ladder as requested and it gets even better. Inside, Ryan offered the crew car because our rental didn't get delivered. We also enjoyed the Hangar Roasters coffee and cozy pilot lounge! Finally, below average fuel costs!
