September 20, 2025Good airport for those of you who desire class B chaos at an uncontrolled facility. Inbound planes stack over the VOR in 500' increments until it's your turn to land. It was busy but the local flyers assisted me over the radio. Start listening to the UNICOM about 25 miles out and you can start to grasp the flow. Fine pilot lounge and weather briefing area. Ongoing building work in the terminal, lavatories were out of service and the cafe was shut. Will be a nice location once finished.
