Coffeyville Municipal (KCFV)

Excellent fuel stop. When I taxied up to the self-serve pumps, the attendant was already there, ready to connect the grounding wire to my tie-down ring as I climbed out of the plane. He dragged the fuel hose over, handed it to me, and let me take care of fueling. After I finished, he put away both the hose and ground wire, then gave me the fuel receipt. The little office had decent rest rooms, though there was only a soda machine and no snacks. He offered a courtesy car in case I wanted to head into town for lunch. Didn't need it today.

Really nice little airport and FBO. They offer two courtesy cars, reasonable fuel prices, and a hanger for $25 per night. The staff was very friendly, the runways were good, and there are two RNAV approaches. Fascinating history in the town!

Excellent FBO, with good service and fair prices. We stopped in on a Sunday, when it's usually not manned, but the gentleman was already at the pumps and fueled us before we even got out of the plane. Courtesy car available if needed.
