April 28, 2026For anyone interested, there’s an informal seasonal grass strip mowed between A2 and A3, roughly 2000' long by 100' wide. The ends are marked with cones. Folks generally call it "01 grass/19 grass" on the radio, while using the same traffic pattern as the primary runways. It’s not especially smooth, so it’s mainly suitable for conventional-gear aircraft. A new grocery store, "Morning Glory," is also opening beside Wild Oats and will offer longer hours.

September 5, 2025A good destination! We flew into BXM on a Tuesday and walked over to Wild Oats - what a wonderful spot. Whether you’re wanting fresh-baked pastries and muffins or a filling soup from their dozen daily choices, this place meets the standard. The staff in the FBO building were also very welcoming. A superb stop for GA pilots. Enjoy!
