June 26, 2026New AWOS is installed and running. Still waiting for the FCC frequency assignment and FAA commissioning. The AWOS is already active online at kbdq.awosnet.com

May 14, 2026Update on the new AWOS: the FAA officially commissioned it at the end of May, although the paperwork may take awhile to catch up. KBDQ AWOS is assigned 119.6, and you can listen by phone at 501-645-1010. The website is also available at kbdq.awosnet.com.
