November 28, 2024Haven't sanded or cleaned off the runways with just 3" of snow. Braking action is bad but they notams the runways closed. So far for 3 days over Thanks Giving. Everybody has to go to RHI, and others are stuck there unless they want to take off with closed runways. FAA needs to hammer the Airport Commission. Just needed to ploy while it was wet snow. Temps are now forecast to stay at or below 20 for the next week.
