June 11, 2026The self-serve fuel pump needs about 45 seconds to come alive after you switch it on, and sometimes it takes longer. Just be patient-you can tell the hose is pressurizing when it's ready if you look closely. Pumping the handle to start the flow won't help; give it a little time. Still a much better price than Atlantic full serve in MTJ. Their self-serve setup has been RIP for months, and nobody is exactly holding their breath waiting for it to come back.

April 23, 2026Took my Lake Buccaneer in on a cross-country flight from Ogden UT to Gulf Shoes AL. Runway was nice, and the new ramp leads to nice new fueling with 100 LL & Jet A. Bathroom is around the building’s south end, with keypad entry. Friendly folks a at the FBO, located in a hangar roughly 100 yards north. Will stop again. G Silver

July 3, 2025Fine location although fuel pump was not operating for me. Courtesy car and restroom is at the 'old' Smiling Aviation location beside the fuel pump. Helpful people, would suggest!
