April 26, 2026Weather forced a diversion to KABI, and Freeman Jet Center provided excellent service (formerly Abilene Aero, which is still the name showing in the Uber app, btw). The line and CSR teams were extremely helpful, even offering to keep me and the aircraft in the hangar overnight at no charge because of the severe storms nearby. Very much appreciated!

May 12, 2024Good airport to visit. FBO (Abilene Aero) is first class. Clean restrooms, fine courtesy cars, and most importantly a welcoming staff. Looking forward to the next visit.

July 23, 2023Customer service is dismal , asked for a crew car and they had 3 available , manager advised to get a rental car . Do not expect helpful service here , Managment is not helpful . Line service and desk attendant are nice .
