Ground strap needs tightening on the clamp . Good cost on fuel. 09/270 in fine shape. FBO does need some tidying but does have snacks vending machines machine

Inexpensive fuel, vending machine, fine A/C in the FBO, but not much else. Unclean lavatories and the entire facility needs some serious upkeep. Be mindful that the fuel farm is in a corner which makes a 'drive thru' procedure rather difficult.

Stopped for fuel yesterday on my route from Houston to Tucson. Spoke with crew working there....Runway 16/34 is going to be totally removed and replaced further to the West (currently too near hangars and FBO Bldg). Ramp close to fuel is going to be ground down 4" and resurfaced. Project will take 6 months. 09/27 was resurfaced a while back and is in fine shape. They will keep a route to get to the ramp for fuel from 09/27.
