No crew car. Door does work if you lift up on the handle slowly after typing code

Code does not work to get inside. You can hear the mechanical lock operating but south door still secured. Flew in on Labor Day weekend and was locked out both arrival and departure. Did not bode well for having to use the restroom after a long flight. Other than that, facility looked fine from the outside!
