Flew in to camp overnight and tied down on the cable just west of the 3-legged windsock. Road and train noise continue through the night, but aside from that, it’s a lovely spot to spend the night. I couldn’t find any bathroom facilities, though there appeared to be a picnic area among the trees on the southeast corner. The grass was in super shape.

September 2nd flew a c140 in with 8.00x6 no concerns whatsoever, I would not hesitate to fly any trike into here, very fine smooth. Camped under the cottonwoods, walk 1.2 miles into town and dine at the saloon, superb food, and a tidy spot to consume, family friendly, trains are close that go thru during the night. Overall so much enjoyment, such a good strip. C

June 19, '25- field in fine shape. First 500 ft of rwy 32 is rough as remarks state but usable if you need the length. Wish this field had a port-a-potty.
