Really like this small airport. Give them a call before you plan on using the courtesy car so a volunteer can be there to help get you squared away. It’s either a short ride or a somewhat long walk into town for food or a motel.

Flew in overnight to visit a companion. Well maintained. Weather can be an issue. Fore flight doesn't show that they have fuel, but they told me they had fuel for years there. They have self service, but I didn't check on the cost. I had already gotten fuel earlier because I didn't realize they had fuel there.

Wonderful day or weekend getaway on the Central Oregon Coast. First flew into 6S2 in 1999 and liked the area so much bought a house there in 2014. Landed there yesterday, runway is in good shape as is the ramp, least anybody be concerned that length [3,000 ft] is marginal, realize that you will almost always have a headwind. Hybrid courtesy car is free to use, just please do not do what somebody did on Memorial Day Weekend and keep it for two days! Or walk 1 mile to downtown.
