Runway 12/30 has been extensively crack sealed and all markings repainted as of early Fall 2024. Would consider it much better than the stated "Fair" in the Facility Directory. 02/20 in similar condition with a few spots of wildlife damage along its length. All runways have had trees and obstructions removed to FAA Standards in Fall 2024. Ramp area has sections (20%) of loose crushed asphalt. Operations office minimal. Beacon inoperative.

Runway 12/30 pavement has extensive cracking but is in solid condition. Some weeds were starting to show in the cracks in late May, but these were short enough to not be a hazard.

Echo comment that runway is superior to what I’d have anticipated considering it being “bad”. Some small splitting but they seem to be sealing them often/no depressions or asphalt pieces or anything. Bring your own tie down ropes.
