New Pilot Lounge available at 38U. Recently finished and presently open. Includes two quite fine restrooms, a drinking fountain, and a big common room with kitchenette. Area is presently vacant of furniture but will hopefully be supplied shortly. Door code is the UNICOM frequency. Main gate utilizes the same code with a # added after the frequency. If your vehicle is pulled too far ahead, it can interfere with the keypad signal to the gate and it might not open; moving back a bit usually fixes it.

Self serve has a credit card reader which worked fine and was simple to utilize. Runway is in good condition. Absolutely lovely scenery around!

Awesome little airport. Plane tiedowns are very far from plane. You may need two ropes per side. You shouldn't anticipate transportation at a small airport like this. Beautiful scenery.
