For the 2026 summer season: the main parking ramp is now paved, and new dirt tiedowns have been added beside the bike shack. Cameras and weather information are available through the Idaho Aviation Association. The runway diagram has also been updated in the Idaho Facility directory on our website. Our main airport upgrade is finished. As stated before, the asphalt section of the runway has been lengthened. The ramp space is now paved too. The initial runway stays 4300x150 feet of dirt and grass. The middle paved strip is now 2800x30 feet. Earth moving occurred to smooth out more parking zones. Grass planting is happening, so kindly try to avoid damage on the freshly seeded parts, so we have opportunity for it to grow. Appreciate your tolerance. - Parry, 6.

Good backcountry airport suitable even for tricycle gear planes and neat spot to camp under the wing. Simple walk into town and enjoyable food choices. Check out the free Valley Creek hot springs just a short walk from town. Fun visit!
