What a good find! Can tell locals love this airport and just come to relax in the homey atmosphere. Had nice conversations and hung out for a while longer than planned on the porch. Will certainly be back!

Stopped by today! What a fine small FBO! Very neat history about airfield and good fuel prices! Runway and taxiways in superb condition!

Was flying out of TLH and had to divert to Quincy municipal due to weather. Thankfully the airport does have paved taxiways now, there is also a wonderful little FBO that’s open 24/7. We planned on leaving just 30 mins after landing, however the storms changed course and headed straight toward us. While on my way to tie down the plane a very fine gentleman (should’ve asked for his name, but I know he was driving a Ford F-250 silver/gray with a cute dog in the bed) he pointed me towards a covered section of pavement with tie downs behind the hangers because it was so windy. I’m so glad he did, less than 2 minutes after the plane was covered golf ball sized hail started coming down, and it would’ve damaged the plane. THANK YOU for the assistance!! I owe you a beer or 2! 09/07/2023 (C150)
