March 15, 202416FEB2024, landed at 2050L time, lights were not illuminated. CTAF light control worked. Attendant requested $20 for overnight (wasn't present the next morning to settle, fees are not posted anywhere). No chocks, no ramp lights, tractor parked on ramp, between ramp and runway, no tie downs (as advertised). It is very dim. Skidmore's Restaurant is a fine spot for breakfast.
