Friendly airport and personnel. FBO only open 8-5. No restroom access when FBO closed. No self serve fuel when FBO closed

Airport manager is extremely kind and useful. Runway paint is a bit faded but no big problems. There is not much traffic in the general area. They have a fine C172N available for rental or instruction too.
